Javascript Exceptions

In order to debug the Websites I'm working on, I enable browser script debugging. This allows you to launch the debugger when an unhandled Javascript exceptions is thrown. Of course, there are some Website that throw javascript exceptions like they were going out of style. I'm not able to navigate those sites. In fact, I often have to kill the IE process in order to escape their Javascript exception trap. Many of these Javascript broken Websites are coded by people who seem to spend a lot of time bragging about their Web savvy.

Introducing Rmail

It's a service for subscribing to any RSS feed via SMTP. It's Beta right now and I haven't put any effort into formatting it (pages and emails). The based URL for the service is found here.

Substitute your feed URL. You can see I've already included in the right sidebar of the Juice blog. I include class attributes on all the HTML elements, so feel free to apply a bit of style.

Of course, to prevent it being used for SPAM, there's a confirmation email sent before you start receiving the items via email. Second, the emails are sent every hour, on the hour, at most one email per hour. So, if you blog six times in an hour or edit a blog entry a dozen times, then you can be certain your reader isn't going to get 821 bombed.

Term Extraction API

Yahoo: The Term Extraction service provides a list of significant words or phrases extracted from a larger content.

Randy: This API is very interesting and I think I could deliver some interesting applications that abuse this API. It would be awesome, if there were attributes to the terms.
