Not to stick up for Brad but he was in the park alot last year. I also think that Steve and Jen know kinda of what they are dealing with.  But there should be an answer to why some can bring in a sun room and others can't.

So everyone that has a 20 year or older trailer should be able to sell in the park if they are letting 25 year old trailers in with already made sunrooms but the rest of us have to go through Gerry to buy a sunroom what the f--k is going on another Brad decision I feel sorry for the new management people are going to be all over them with this decision Some explaining is necessary. I think I am going sunroom shopping tomorrow and it won't be through Parkbridge try and stop me Brad and see what happens a precident has been made maybe you should read the contract that we all had to sign.

Isn't it funny how Brad showed up for the concert Sat nite at OP and we NEVER saw him when HE was the Manager of the Park.  Steve & Jenny are running their butts off trying to make everyone happy....and then there's Brad trying to take some of the credit.  Well, Mr. Brad.....you are the 2nd most hated in the Park since Betty is gone.....Jerry being #1

Hey Melody bay people kicked out Come to Ponderosa Brad the regional maanger lets anything in 30 year old motorhomes that need towed onto it's lot. Rednecks with old trailer and really old florida room and wooden shed's He couldn't manage a Park so they promoted him to regional manager what a mistake they made he  has no management skills at all. Does parkbridge know of these insident's not likely. they just want $$$$$$$$signs

Don't you know from the past, that the weekenders are the bread and butter! Not the Seasonals! How many times have I heard that in the past? Parents should enforce the rules for their children,but sad to say this doesn't happen. As far as noise, its your park, make a complaint. maybe this year will be different!

It's great to have rules, but who is going to enforce them? They never seem to enforce them for the overnighters, it's always an all night party and they seem to break every rule in the book, with nothing said!! Some seasonals across from them get awfully tired of it, and there seems to be NO SECURITY to do anything about it.
